This book was first published in 1989. It contains articles published in the Workers League’s Bulletin newspaper between March and May of that year. The volume contained a comprehensive and politically devastating analysis of the program and actions of the regime of Mikhail Gorbachev in the Soviet Union, as it moved toward the liquidation of the USSR and the restoration of capitalism.
